At Brindle Pet Supplies, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a size or style isn't the perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure your pet stays fashionable and comfortable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
